The Denison Development Alliance (DDA) is a public non-profit entity organized and empowered by the City of Denison to develop and implement a comprehensive economic development program. Through an alliance with the Denison Development Foundation, the Denison Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Denison, a very strong pro-business climate has been established and maintained for several years.

Retail Site For Sale in Highly Visible Location!

The DDA is currently accepting offers on 3.21 Acres on Morton Street – next to Simmons Bank, across from Chick-Fil-A. Offers are being accepted now through October 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. They can be brought in or sent to Denison Development Alliance at 311 W. Woodard St., Denison, TX 75020 or emailed to tkaai@denisontx.org.

Because the lot is being sold for retail development, the City of Denison will sponsor a contingent re-zone application for retail zoning. Along with your offer, please present a conceptual development plan, similar developments successfully completed (with pictures), your development team, development schedule, financial commitment for the project (with financial statements, letters of credit, etc.), and references. Offeror must provide a statement acknowledging compliance with the City’s development codes. Appraisal will be given upon receipt of firm offer.
